Racial Justice
The murder of George Floyd has sparked a global movement against police brutality and systemic racism. We support this movement, and are committed to help create a more just and inclusive society in which all people can participate, prosper, and reach their full potential.

Here’s how we’ve mobilized to support the changemakers:
Product Donation
We’ve covered the Mailchimp monthly plan costs for eligible groups fighting racism in the United States for 12 months.
Multi-year, Unrestricted Grants
We created a $675,000 grant program for organizations advancing racial equity work in Atlanta and beyond. We invested in the Atlanta Wealth Building Initiative, the Village Market, and the Partnership for Southern Equity.
Employer Matching
We designed a donation matching campaign for employees to support racial justice organizations that collectively raised $235,000.
Because Anti-Blackness is a pervasive bias across society, our employee matching campaign supported a slate of organizations that not only fight bias and mass incarceration, but also promote Black wellness, art, and businesses.
Black Lives Matter
A leading voice in the fight to eradicate white supremacy and build local power to stop violence inflicted on Black communities.
Equal Justice Initiative
Founded by Bryan Stevenson, committed to ending mass incarceration and excessive punishment in the US.
The Loveland Foundation
Promotes healing and seeks to remove the barriers to therapy in communities of color.
The Museum of Contemporary African Diaspora Arts (MoCADA)
Fights for equal access and opportunities for Black artists.
Oakland African-American Chamber of Commerce
Advocates on behalf of East Bay Black-owned businesses.
Southerners on New Ground (SONG)
Builds, sustains, and connects a regional base of LBGTQ people to transform the region.
