- Does MailChimp offer a non-profit discount?
- Yes. We offer a 15% discount to non-profits and charities. Just sign up for a free account, and then send us an email that includes a link to your organization's website. That's usually all we need to tell if you're truly a non-profit.
- How do I inquire about high volume pricing?
- We offer monthly pricing plans for subscribers with lists larger than 100,000 and support subscribers sending millions of emails each month. Please contact us for high volume pricing and migration information.
- Monthly pricing versus pay as you go, which is better?
- MailChimp offers two methods of buying email delivery credits when using our system:
Monthly Payment Plans: Designed for folks that send at least one campaign a month on a regular schedule. Monthly plan billing is based on the total number of recipients saved across all lists under an account. It's not based on how many emails are sent in one month under an account. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. Billing for the monthly plan is automatic on the same day each month according to your start date.
Pay-As-You-Go Payment Plans: Designed for folks that send less frequently then once a month. Pay-As-You-Go plans allow you to purchase credits as needed. Pay-As-You-Go email credits roll over from month to month and they do not expire. Think of buying a roll of postage stamps at your local post office. Same idea. - Do I need to sign a contract?
- There is no contract with our monthly plans, you can cancel the account or move to a pay as you go plan at any time.
- What methods of payment do you accept?
- MailChimp is an online prepay service. All payments are processed online using a credit card, online eCheck payment for orders less than $6,000 or you can mail in a check for orders greater than $6,000. We do NOT accept payment via PayPal, bank transfer, or wire transfer.
Overseas companies: sorry, we can only accept payment by credit card - no eChecks.
