Screenshot Configuration Walkthrough
These screenshots have been scaled to fit on the page more properly - click to zoom in on any one of 'em.
1. First navigate to the MailChimp config option in your blogs Manage menu.

2. You will first be prompted to enter your MailChimp Username & Password. This is required for the plugin to connect to the MailChimp service via our API. It will and must be saved in a custom object/table in your MovableType database.

3. After your login information has been verified, you will be asked to select the MailChimp List that you wish to have your users Subscribe to. If you manage lots of different lists in MailChimp, make sure you pick the right one!

4. Once you've selected your MailChimp List, the plugin will load the various options you have configured for that List, and allow you to customize the Signup Form Widget that will be displayed on your blog.
4a. The first section allows you to customize the Text and Look & Feel of your Signup form to match your current theme.

4b. The second section allows you to specify whether or not any extra Form Fields and Interest Groups attached to your List will be displayed. Note: Any Form Fields that you configured to be required must be displayed on your Signup Form. If you want to remove them, you'll need to login to MailChimp and change the "required" status of the Form Field in question.

4. Finally, once you have configured your Signup Form Widget and added it to your blog (see the Installation Instructions above), navigate to the front page and you'll see something similar to this:

Done!
