More server upgrades this weekend. No expected downtime, but wanted to let you know what we’re doing anyway…

1. Some lingering dependencies between a couple of our app servers are being removed
2. More disks will be added to one of our content servers
3. New database server going live, and we’re migrating a portion of our customer base over.

Last week, the addition of a honking new app server went very well, and its 8 processor cores are running brill-yantly. So we’re stepping up the amount of traffic we distribute there from 30% to about 60%. We have server upgrades planned nearly every weekend until the end of April, and will keep you notified.
