RSS-to-Email Trick: Yahoo Pipes and MailChimp

August 20th, 2008 | by Ben

We recently launched our automatic RSS-to-email tool, and bloggers are really eating this up. Some of them are asking for the ability to include multiple RSS feeds into one campaign. Okay, we’re working on that. In the meantime, you can mash up your multiple RSS feeds into one master feed (and then do all kinds of insane things to it) by using Yahoo Pipes (http://pipes.yahoo.com/).

Below is a quick video on how to use Yahoo Pipes to create a master feed, then feed it to MailChimp for email delivery.

Is there a way to format the Feeds of an email campaign built in Mailchimp? For example, i would like 3 feeds to show in my email campaign, one feed in the left column, one feed in the right column and one as the main content. Anyway of doing this?

When I do that, mailchimp only reads and emails the first entry in the yahoo pipes list. Do you encounter the same problem?
