The monthly plans are a little more popular than we thought they'd be, so we're happy about that. The chimp definitely looks more mature..but still approachable. I also like the addition of the monthly plans. I've been worrying about how it's going to suck once our list grows and "pay as you go" becomes less economical. Moving to another company and redoing lists and templates and sign up forms? Yuck.
