What are the system requirements for MailChimp?
MailChimp is a browser-based service. There is no software to install, so it works on both Mac and PC. Check here for details on browser compatibility.
1. Setup a List
The very first thing you should do is setup a managed list. This is because you can't really create and send an email campaign until you have a list to send it to.
